Venue was awful
I purchased tickets for my aunt and cousin as a gift. They were so disappointed that the concert was in an arena at the fair grounds. They felt they had their lives in their hands entering the concert. There was no one directing traffic into the arena. The concert was delayed due to this. They concert was great and I wanted to share the event. I attended the same concert in Melbourne, FL with my husband. They could barely see Rocky Horror Picture Show and Amy Grant as there were no TV screens available for those seated further away from the stage. They said no when I asked them if they joined in with the Christmas carols during the second half of the concert. The sound was hardly done well; they could hardly hear Amy. I'm sure they didn't stay due to the above circumstances. They didn't want to hurt my feelings as this was a gift, but I'm sure they left early.
